SMASH STUDIOS announced today the release of
their first iPhone game. The game includes
THREE full mini-games within the single one.
Each game has unique replayability and is fun
for all ages. The popular cannon game called,
"SHOOT'EM" allows the player to aim their
cannon precisely at the right moment and then
FIRE. If the player hits a balloon or target,
their points accrue and the game continues. If
the player misses completely, then they lose a
chance. "The best part is when you can aim and
shoot the cannon just right to hit all three
balloons at the same time", says creator Gary
Cox. "It's not as easy as you might think." Then there is a tetris-like game called PYRAMID where you try and catch falling trapeze artist on your shoulders to form a human pyramid. As if it weren't hard enough already, try it on a unicycle! Lastly, there is the famous "burning building" circus act called FIRED UP, where you try and catch a clown, pig, poodle and a fat lady in a tub of water. The game progresses faster and faster, but watch out for the menacing bomb that's also in the mix. The game also includes connection to the popular Scoreloop server, which keeps track of player scores and allow for asynchronous game challenges with buddies or any individual already connected within the Scoreloop account. Scoreloop also connects through Facebook. Scoreloop is a free service. Circus Acts can be purchased on iTunes. For iPhone or iPod touch 2.21 and up. Tested on 3.0.
